We accept multiple ways to pay — whatever's easiest for you. Payment is due after the install is complete and you're happy with the result.
During business hours (8am–9pm, seven days a week), we usually reply to texts within minutes. If we're in the middle of an install we might take a bit longer, but never more than an hour.
It's better to book a day or two in advance to lock in a time slot that works for you. That said, we do have same-day appointments when our schedule allows — text us early in the day for the best chance.
